Bainbridge Alphamats Pre-cut Mats
For artists and photographers, our mats are the finest quality available. Made exclusively in the USA, with museum quality Bainbridge Alphamat mat board, which is 100% cotton and acid-free. Unlike the acidic mats imported from China that are sold elsewhere, our Bainbridge Alphamats will never yellow, turn brittle or damage your valuable work.
We stock pre-cut mats in all standard sizes, from 3x5 wallet sized mats up to 18x24. Our mats are offered in four standard colors, with more colors being added everyday.

A muted, warm cream. Works great for portraits, adding a touch of warmth to black and white images and anytime a bright white mat is too bold.

A classic neutral gray, neither brownish (warm) nor bluish (cool). An intruiging choice for colorful images, black and white work and anytime you want to stand out from the competition.

Deep, vivid black - the darkest black in Bainbridge's Alphamat line. This color will add drama and punch to your images. The white bevel edge bordering the window cut contrasts with the black front, making this our most eye catching mat.

This is the same dark, rich black as our standard Ivory Black, except with a solid black core. The bevel cut around the window will also be black, eliminating the contrast around the mat window. A good choice for adding drama to your images, when you want a black window bevel.
